I have a very few type 10 dials fitted with a black oxidised finger plate, body, and type 8 (small) label holder. A genuine type 8 is extremely rare, so this might be the next best thing. It looks like the type 8 dials as fitted to candlestick telephones in the early 1920's. These are assembled from genuine original parts. No exchange dial is required. £85

If you have a telephone in your possession that you want to know more about, or have repaired or converted, please have it right next to you when you call. It is not sufficient just to have a note of any markings or to rely on memory. It may be useful to have a selection of small flat bladed screwdrivers to hand.
